Exact lock-in period
In months, not vague phrases like "season" or "contract year".
The monthly fee is rarely the real cost. What decides the bill by year-end is lock-in, what happens if you cancel, what counts as a "new client" for commission purposes, how much you're charged per booking channel, and whether your data is really yours if you leave. Here's exactly what we do at Leturi on each of these points — no fine print to hunt for.
There's no lock-in at Leturi. You can cancel the service whenever you want by writing to hola@leturi.es; cancelling carries no penalty and no months of notice. You simply stop paying the next invoice.
Since there's no lock-in or mandatory upfront fees, there's no hidden penalty for leaving. If you have questions about a specific case (for example, cancelling mid-way through an already-paid annual period), ask us before signing up — we'd rather you know in advance than find out afterwards.
This question doesn't apply at Leturi: there's no commission per new client or per returning client, ever. We don't have our own marketplace that "sends" you clients with an attached commission — the clients who book through your WhatsApp or your website were already yours.
The Essential plan has a flat fee, with no variable cost at all. The Pro plan includes 1,000 free WhatsApp messages a month; beyond that it adds the real cost Meta charges per message, plus a 10% management fee — never a commission on the price of your service. See the full breakdown, with a worked example, in how the WhatsApp messaging cost works.
Leturi doesn't process payments from your customers and never keeps a percentage of what you charge for your services — that money never passes through us. 100% of every booking is for your business.
You keep ownership of your own data (business, clients, appointments, services) while you use Leturi, as set out in our terms of service. You have the right to request data portability at any time by writing to hola@leturi.es, per our privacy policy.
We don't run launch offers with hidden conditions, or fees that quietly go up after the first year without notice. The price you see on pricing is the price you pay, with the fixed part and the WhatsApp variable part shown separately and clearly from month one.
It doesn't have to be with us — this is a short checklist that works for any platform.

If there's a new-client commission, what makes a client "new" again (e.g. after X days without a booking).
Marketplace, your own website, social media — each can carry a different rate.
If they process your payments, what percentage they keep per transaction.
Whether you can take your client list and appointment history with you, and in what format.
Whether a "founder" price is for life or only the first year.
